Travel beyond the standard Kashmir circuit into Gurez Valley, known for the Kishanganga River, wooden villages, and dramatic mountain scenery. The route is seasonal and subject to road, weather, and permit conditions; an alternate Kashmir excursion will be arranged if Gurez is inaccessible. Airfare, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included.
Day by Day
Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Srinagar
Airport pickup, Srinagar hotel check-in, and a relaxed evening around Dal Lake or Boulevard Road.
Day 2 Gulmarg Excursion
Take a full-day trip to Gulmarg for meadow and mountain views, with optional Gondola or seasonal activities. Return to Srinagar.
Day 3 Srinagar to Gurez Valley
Drive through Bandipora and cross Razdan Pass when open. Reach Dawar in Gurez Valley, check in, and rest after the mountain journey.
Day 4 Dawar and Habba Khatoon
Explore Dawar, riverside viewpoints, local villages, and the Habba Khatoon mountain and spring area while learning about the valley landscape.
Day 5 Tulail Valley Excursion
Travel deeper into Tulail Valley toward scenic villages and river viewpoints, subject to current permissions and road conditions. Return to Dawar.
Day 6 Gurez to Srinagar
Drive back through Razdan Pass and Bandipora to Srinagar. Check in and keep the evening free for rest or shopping.
Day 7 Departure from Srinagar
Transfer to Srinagar Airport after breakfast.
